Heart Art …

The Husband and I sometimes (ahem… read OFTEN) have different ideas for our arty projects. A little while back, way before leaving home was a crime, we picked up a large, wooden, pre-cut heart at our local Sunday market. I pondered whether we (meaning HE) should paint it with “Live, Laugh, Love” but The Husband’s response was “way too twee… how about I paint it with “F*#% SH*T W*#K” instead?” (The symbols inserted are my own work and not intended to accurately portray The Husband’s suggestion).

Ultimately he reached his own (more acceptable) artistic conclusion and produced this rather psychedelic piece of heart art which I do think has a sorta 70’s vibe to it.

I am very interested in hearing your views on this one?

Who gives a flying F$€#!?

The husband has a very strange and superbly creative brain. He so often comes up with weird and wonderful ideas, that sometimes (just sometimes?) leave me a little puzzled. But, do you know what, I blinkin’ love this hand cut, hand painted, wooden plaque which is almost 24 inches wide and 9 inches tall. Why not be a little different and dump all the usual “live, laugh, love” stuff that everyone else has on their wall and instead hang up a very original “statement” piece of art instead?

So … if you would really like to give a ‘Flying F$€#’ of your own – orders are now being taken… just drop us a message!
