The Blue Eye of the Tiger …

Sorting through my photos today to try and release some additional storage space I came across this absolutely awesome Tiger from last year.   Lee created this piece on my daughter Poppy’s thigh and I think it is an absolute showstopper!

Lee had the idea of adding to this thigh piece with a range of beautiful animals all in similar triangular shapes to create a leg sleeve.  Whilst I do think this would be a spectacular leg piece Poppy has decided to go for something a bit more floral when she adds some surround to the work.

Pencil not stencil…

Customers usually bring Lee a photo of their tattoo request. Lee diligently reproduces their request just beautifully and the customer walks away happy that their requirement has been well met.  However, some of Lee’s regulars totally trust him to have absolute free reign. This is exactly what happened with one of our long standing customers who told Lee he wanted a skull and rose. Lee just drew it on to him free-hand. Great results for that extra trust in your artist ❤️

Inky shoes …

So Lee came home from the studio with some tattoo ink accidentally dropped on his white plimsolls. He had only had them a short while and I commented on how he was always splashing ink on his clothes. The next day Lee sent me a photo of the same shoes … not with just a couple of splashes of ink on them but lots and lots and lots!

Certainly different … what do you think?

Icons Galore …

So … yesterday I was mostly creating little 6×4 greeting cards using Lee’s amazing Icon artwork. Originally the artwork was created for our Tshirts (£13)  but we realised that they are also pretty cool in mounts (£15 for a mounted 10 x 12) or on blank greetings cards (£3).  Each design has been hand drawn by Lee using an iconic image as inspiration, even the fonts on these have been hand drawn. My job is to trace and carefully vinyl cut each images.  I blinking love them … what do you think?

Woweee it’s Bowie …

Yesterday Lee finished the portrait of David Bowie he has been working on. It is acrylic on canvas. I absolutely adore David Bowie and am completely blown away by this stunning portrait.

We are going to be releasing limited edition canvas prints at £50 each!

Well … what do you think?
