Happy Holiday Art …

It’s been a real month of adventure as we are just at the end of a holiday of a lifetime, with visits to San Francisco, New Zealand and Hong Kong. Of course, travelling artists still draw, and as a special thank you to Tosh, Debs, Scott and Ellie, for all the love, kindness and laughter they showered us with, Lee created this stunning, totally unique, New Zealand inspired, pen and coloured pencil drawing just for them.

What do you think?

Even more accessible Art …

I really enjoy finding cool new ways of sharing Lee’s art.

I love this circle of skulls image and I am planning on getting it printed onto some fabric. It also makes a great repeat pattern on my new doormat.

I also love this tattoo style flying heart and think that the design absolutely transforms this cute miniature back pack into something pretty special.

Why just hang your art on the walls when you can wear it or, in the best possible way, even wipe your muddy boots on it!

Love Art … any which way you choose it ❤️

Baby I Love You …

I have been busily making us some new Tees for our forthcoming little jaunt. I absolutely adore this vest with a print of some art that Lee created for a Valentines gift for me.

It immortalises our first dance as Mr and Mrs, whilst still in the beautiful chapel at Manorbier Castle, to ‘Baby I Love You’ by The Ramones.

I am one lucky gal … and so to my beautiful, creative, colourful, kind, and now beardless husband…

‘Baby I Love You Too’ ❤️

Accessible Art

Lee creates some wonderful art, and not just on skin. Lee’s drawing and canvas work is also exceptional. Lee’s punk values mean that we endeavour to keep everything we do accessible to all. You can purchase a high quality limited edition prints of any of his artwork for around £25 in a cardboard mount, or £40 on canvas.

However, our most recent venture is makes Lee’s art even more accessible. Literally any piece of Lee’s art you admire, can be worn on your T-shirt for just £20. The T-shirts are soft poly-cotton and come in all sizes for men and ladies (in a flattering lady-fit).

We are not able to fulfil orders throughout November due to our forthcoming little jaunt – but all orders placed now will be fulfilled in December, in plenty of time for Xmas.

Art makes a great Xmas gift – whether it’s on the skin (tattoo vouchers available), on the wall, or on a T-Shirt.

Oh but do remember that art is definitely not just for Xmas …

Knit Fast – Die Warm ❤️

So … this is what happens when you pop off to the shops and leave your artist husband alone with the key to your Thread Shed …

Lucky Peacock, Lucky Me

I love peacocks and for a while has been pondering on having a peacock tattoo. Of course the moment I mention it to The Husband he has designs on my body (quite literally). This stunning bird was the result of a few sittings at the studio and I truly love it. The peacock is a symbol of luck, patience and kindness and fits so well with me right now. I feel so lucky to have a husband that adores me and has the amazing talent to create beautiful art that I will wear for the rest of my life ❤️

Thread Shed open for business …

So it was the official launch of my glorious pink Thread Shed at the weekend. Friends and neighbours joined us for a Prosecco celebration as I cut the red ribbon and opened the door to my colourful creative workshop. From the Thread Shed there will be lots of sewing, knitting, creating and chatting, preferably over a coffee but possibly even a over a Prosecco or two!
