Tattooed English Bull Terrier …

A lovely young man, the son of our dear friend, had his first tattoo with Lee on his 18th birthday and since then has added many more.  He and his father are both friends and regular customers of Lee and between them have some really interesting and meaningful tattoos. 

The young man has an English Bull Terrier who has just had lots of puppies.  Therefore, it is no surprise really that his latest tattoo addition was a tattooed bull terrier. I think Lee did a might fine job of a tattoo that is very personal for our young friend. What do you think? 

Welcome back from Vegas

One of Lee’s first customers upon our return from the crazy, mad, mental, wild, weird, noisy, wonderful place that is Vegas.s, was someone wanting to have a Vegas themed tattoo. How perfect that Lee had our holiday to give him inspiration. 
The customer is aiming for a full Vegas sleeve one day, but as the starter I think this is mighty cool.

A symbol of love …

A single red rose has been the symbol of love since right back in the Roman days when Venus the  Goddess of Love was associated with roses. It is a true symbol of unconditional love for life. 

When you are married to an artist this is how he shows his love for you … 

Tiger breaking through skin tattoo …

Lee did this completely awesome tiger today … Honestly and truly I stand in awe of his skill and talent … Every customer through the door of his quirky Main Street studio leaves with pretty spectacular ink that will be complimented wherever they go. 

Happy Birthday to me…

It is my birthday today … I am old now … very old! However, I do actually love birthdays as Lee always makes me something arty farty and wonderful as my present. I love the excitement and surprise. I love knowing he is working hard in his little studio creating something beautiful for me. My present today was very beautiful penmanship of a poem I wrote for Lee on the day we got married. The first time he heard it was when my sister read it aloud at our ceremony. I just love that he has taken my words and created a permanent memory of our wedding day with beautiful calligraphy and roses. What do you think? 

An elephant first tattoo…

Lee had a customer in  for her very first tattoo today. She was originally coming in for a teeny elephant but then was inspired for something bigger than first intended … I think this Mehndi style elephant tattoo is really pretty and the work is so intricate! Another satisfied customer at Foreverart  ❤️

Can I cut it?

So I have had a few hours to play with my new cutting machine … the Silhouette Cameo. Took me a while to get to grips with it but once I managed to get the blade in the right way up (don’t ask) I had some fun … ok they are pretty simple but hey it’s my first attempt …

Magnetic charms …

Lee has been busily making some cool stuff with Das clay … I sourced him some cool tattoo inspired cookie cutters and we love the results so far. We are going to paint them and make some cool fridge magnets … I think they are soooooo cool! 

Vintage bag art

Our Angelus acrylic paint for leather had just arrived. We ordered from Germany at a really reasonable price.  I have sourced some proper vintage leather bags which are so beautiful and Lee is going to be painting some vintage inspired art on them … Maybe some big red roses or some flying hearts or swallows … Thing is will I part with them after they are finished?

Lee has taken delivery of some wonderful colours today … so bold, bright and beautiful ❤️
