We just love it when we hear a sweet story behind a tattoo choice. Recently a lovely young lady popped in and had a cute Fleur De Lys tattoo. The tattoo symbolised her love for her grandmother who is named, of course, Fleur. Imagine our delight when a couple of weeks later 67 year old Fleur also came in for the exact same tattoo as her grand-daughter. We love how this sweet simple design represents the strong bond between grandmother and granddaughter ❤️

After a month of being unable to knit or sew with this damn shoulder injury, I spent this morning making Lee a cool bowling shirt. At school I had this lovely kind old teacher Mrs Bees who taught me sewing and home economics. I was once very unruly in her class. She spoke to me after class and was so sad about how I had behaved. I felt so guilty that I never misbehaved in her class again. So a nod to Mrs Bees for teaching me a bit of sewing and a lot of humility ❤️
Yesterday was a special Father/Son day at the studio as Lee opened up on his studio on a Wednesday to work on his son. His son has an interest in Japanese masks and Lee worked up something pretty different along that style of work. I had regular updates from the studio and enjoyed seeing how this skull mask tattoo came together. What do you think?
PS – I did wonder if, when his mates admire his tattoo, my stepson says proudly “my daddy did it!” 😄
I popped into the studio with some lunch for Lee and had the pleasure of chatting with a lovely customer who was having this old school style hand tattoo. He had just come back from a fabulous holiday but didn’t make the stupid mistake of having a ‘soon to be regretted’ holiday tattoo. Instead he returned home and sought out Lee for this beautiful hand piece in a style I just adore. What do you think?
Ever since our mother passed away my sister has been seeing white feathers everywhere. They are meant to appear when angels are near and so this has been experienced as something touching and beautiful by my sister. Therefore, of course, she chose this sweet feather tattoo for remembering our beautiful mammy … created by Lee and worn with love always by my sister.
Lee loved creating these Celtic dogs for a customer recently. The clever customer had undertaken lots of research online to source the best tattoo artist for his ideas. He travelled from the top of the county to be tattooed by Lee at Forever Art Tattoos in Pembroke … a wise man indeed! What do you think?

This ‘Music is Life’ tattoo was created by Lee recently. It was completed in just one sitting on one tough girly. The detail and design are just beautiful … perfect for a real music lover huh?
Do you have an old tattoo which you now wish would simply fade away and disappear? There really is no need to be wearing ink which you are not proud of as Lee’s talents can help! A lovely bride to be, who regretting the initials tattooed behind her ear, paid a visit to Lee and now has a beautiful rose ready for her ‘up-do’ and a walk down the aisle. Perfect cover up for a perfect day!
